2008 R1200RT Fork seals

So my right fork seal seems to be leaking and needs replacing. I have looked at the REPROM and it looks mostly straght forward, but I am not sure what is needed to pull the seal out of the lowers. Anyone have some experiance they would like to share?

Thanks

I believe those forks have a busing inside the slider and a bushing near the bottom of the fork tube. They interfere and don't clear each other when the slider comes off the fork tube.

When the slider is banged slide hammer style off the fork tube the bushing which is right below the seal comes out and the seal comes out with it.

To reassemble you place the clip ring, seal, and bushing up on the fork tube, stick the tube in the slider, and use a fork seal driver to drive both the seal and the bushing into place in the top of the slider.
