I gave my old Garmin Quest to my son to use on his K bike. It went belly up. I sent the unit to Garmin for a repair; estimated cost $39.00.

I received an email today. They are sending a new unit. No additional charge.

Kudos to Garmin.
 
I've had the pleasure of dealing with Garmin directly, more than once. As far as I'm concerned, nobody can beat their service. They treat you right. I wouldn't consider any other brand when I need a new one.
