10Nm. Diagonally tightened. But I don't particularly like torque wrenches on light bolts like those on the valve covers. Those bolts have a shoulder on them which seats on the cover and provides a squeeze with the rubber gasket on each bolt. Once the shoulder seats on the cover, there is nothing to be gained by tightening them further. So snugging them up is adequate. If you have a very light torque wrench with 10Nm being a significant percentage of it's full range, then you might use it.
