RS fairing / fork-boot orientation

Roll pins

I recall reading that the roll pins also help to ventilate the bellows so that they don't puff up or collapse as the forks travel. FWIW

RealOEM shows the roll pin as 5x60 (mm) for my /7 and was used on a wide range of models. I suspect something like that could be found at your Big Box store.
 
I bet McMaster-Carr has it. Max shows it as unorderable. The part is there and numbered but not clickable.
 
I'm ordering a pack of 25 which is the minimum. If anybody needs a couple, hit me up and I'll put two in an envelope.
