Sullivan Glove Co. - New Owners

I know many of you like me have been customers of Sullivan Glove Co. based in Bend Oregon. I recently requested information on getting another custom pair of gloves and discovered they have a new owner, Taylor Scott. I had a conversation with Taylor and it certainly appears that he is coming to not only continue the great Sullivan Glove Co. but to improve.

The most unique thing about Sullivan is they are very happy to take custom orders and requests. In the past they have added synch straps on gloves and modified the lining on some as well. Not only are they truly MADE IN THE USA but they will make gloves to meet any unique needs and requirement. Missing a finger? No problem! Have extra long fingers? No problem!

I am a fan of their deerskin gloves but they also offer other materials ... elk, buffalo, etc.

I have no affiliation with Sullivan but am simply a happy customer and just passing along the info and the new ownership. It sounds like the new owners will not only be as good but maybe even better!

It’s a US glove company so yes no CE rating but they are happy to add additional layers for protection. Very similar or better than the gloves at Aerostich.

Been wearing their deerskin and goatskin ropers and gauntlet gloves for several years now. 6 pairs to date, the latest is a roper in full kangaroo which isn't even listed on their page of products. I was in communication with the previous owner asking if full kangaroo gloves were ever in the works. He replied he was going to buy two shades of kangaroo what would I like. I ordered a pair before he had the leather to make them. Pricier than their normal leather products but I have to say, these kangaroo leather gloves exude toughness over other leathers. Thinner but stronger for abrasion resistance.

Hoping the new owner/s are going to keep the same quality I've come to expect from that outfit.

My gut feeling says Taylor will maintain the same quality and customer service

Taylor got back to me via email - he's on his way to Las Vegas for the Rodeo Nationals, but will be looking into a full quote once he's settled in. Also mentioned plans for a couple of new items more moto-focused than the other gloves from Sullivan.

I'll bring it up - he actually offered me that 15% when I asked if I could apply the "first order" 10% coupon offer... :)

Got a note from Taylor saying he’s very excited about the opportunities with BMW riders and other motorcyclists.

Talked to Taylor today - Sullivan does have a 15% discount for the MOA.
I'm wondering if he's offering the full kangaroo gloves I purchased from the previous owner who bought two different colors of those hides. Still no listing of them on their website. I was under the impression they were going to be offering them from the previous owner, crickets since.
