I was watching the movie, ‘The Lost Husband’; good movie by the way. Lead actress, Leslie Bibb sang the song ‘Lovely Day’ in the movie. I remembered the song from my youth. Bill Withers; listened to his versions. Great stuff. Then I saw where many artists did their versions of the song. That led me to Paris Select Bands version. Loved it. All the artist’s alone at home in their homes. Loved that. That led to listening to the complete large band and all their cover songs. Good stuff.
www.parisselectband.com That’s some band. Did I say ‘Good Stuff’ Yes I did.![]()
I quite like some of the Tiny Desk concerts - amazing that such good sounds can come from such a small space. Link provided for completeness -

My local public radio station has a music stream (in addition to the more news oriented stream). On the WUNC link, look for "All Streams" to get the music. Sometimes in the garage I like to listen to different stuff, this often fills the bill. -

Another streaming service with a lot of different "channels" or streams is SOMA.fm. Groove Salad, Indy Pop Rocks, Thistle Radio, Secret Agent, Boot Liquor, Folk Forward, Lush, Left Coast 70s, and Seven Inch Soul, are amongst those that I like. -

An excellent jazz oriented streaming station is from Eastern Washington University (thanks to the MOA member that mentioned this earlier!) -
