What's BMW's accepted upper end of miles for mileage interval scheduled service?

I don't know if this is an issue but it could be. I'm wondering what BMW says on how many miles over the specified service interval you can have scheduled service done and not jeopardize future warranty claims if that ever comes into play. I have the 24K service on my '16 RT scheduled for July 11 and if I take a ride I'm thinking about I will end up being around 25,000m on July 11. I will actually do the air filter, oil and filter, FD oil change prior to leaving so that will be done at right at 24K miles. The local shop will do the valve check, plugs, brake fluid change.

Thanks

You're <5% over the specified mileage. Not a problem, go enjoy your ride and worry about the service when you're home. No reasonable person would say a <5% overage is going to do any harm, to the bike OR the warranty.

Zero miles. If you delay a service and have a warranty claim that they can directly relate to the delayed service they have the right to deny the claim, even if one mile late.

But it is highly unlikely that any delayed service would have a direct cause to damage.

Could it? Sure, valves and and pumps come to mind.

Me, a thousand miles I would not give it a worry.
