TFT Cuts Off Randomly ('23 RT)

On my afternoon ride the TFT on my 2023 went blank twice. This was weird since I have a little over 700 miles on it (drat getting a new motorcycle in January--usually that would have been the first weekend!) and it hasn't done this before. It came back on when I clicked the control wheel but zeroed out the trip computer and wouldn't reconnect to the phone. And I just had the software upgraded last week.

Anyone else experienced this?

Nope (i have a 22R1250RT) and haven't heard of that before. At 700 sMiles I would think you had your 600 mile service, they must of done a scan with the computer... Sorry but I'm sure you know it's time to go back to the dealer.

A few folks on Facebook have reported problems after a software update that required a re-flashing.

That's what I'm afraid of since it was right after the software upgrade. At this point I'm going to see if it happens again.

It happened again today. It's not a huge problem since it comes back on if I click with the thumb wheel but, when it does come back on, has reset my trip computer so that's sort of annoying. I've emailed my dealer to see if it be worth trying to rerun the software update.
