How are you trying to do it? Some ways work, some have been broken for a year or two.

Try logging out and after you log back in. You can also try uploading an image from a different device.

Upload doesn’t work for me. I just manually type out the BBCode and hot link the JPG from IMGUR or my own web server. But I haven’t tried upload in 4 years..yeah still not working for me.

What size are the pictures you're trying to upload? Do you get any error messages? Try something smaller to see if the process works. What Omega Man pointed to in the link is a very effective process.

I've uploaded scores of pictures and images in the past by using the "Insert Image" button on the post that I want to reply to. Never had an issue.
I have tried numerous different sizes.
I don't get any error messages.

Its not that important but something is broken...and I don't think its on my end.

Joe -

It does sound like you have been doing all the right things. You could try and upload the previous image "AtDusk.jpg" to see if that will work again. But since most everyone else seems to not have an issue, then it must be something on your end. There are no special settings that might target an individual to prevent them from uploading. Just the overall settings in terms of size and media type.
