Pannier lock repair. 05 1150R

So I got two replacement panniers after one of mine came off at about 70 mph. When I bought the bike the little red lockout tabs were busted and the tabs on the ones I bought are toast as well.
So my question is where would you folks go to buy the repair kits? I've seen overseas sellers and ones on ebay but just want to be sure I'm buying the best ones.
