Brother and I spend the Xmas holiday traveling to Vegas. Day rides to the above first two, Oatman on the way back to my place in Az.

Brothers 07GT ews took a fit in Boulder City, Nevada at 4:30pm and wouldn't find the key. I got the moa app up and called Eurocycle bmw in Vegas. The service manager called their go to towing guy. He arrived 30 minutes later, and the bike was dropped to the dealer. Next morning at 9:20am [ they open at 9 but I suspect the mechanics are there earlier ] he gets the call, come get the bike, it's fixed. He cabs it and I meet him there. We're back in business with nary any down time.

Roberto Miller, National service admin was who we spoke to, who had the bike towed in and got it fixed PDQ the next morning. Can't say enough good things about this man taking care of a bmwmoa member. I'd mentioned we were both members, come to find out, so is he. He's familiar with this forum, didn't get intel on whether he posts here or just lurks. Hoping in either case he reads this. I mentioned I'd post a good review of Eurocycle, Las Vegas and his getting us in, fixed and back out early the next morning.

Here's some pics of the dam, valley of fire, and Oatman, Az. donkeys that roam the main street. On the way to Oatman, both our Garmin GPS Nav5's took us on a 10 mile unmaintained dirt road with washboard, loose sand 2-3" in places. That was NOT expected, but we made the best of it on street tires.

Nice report. :thumb

Great to hear how well things went with the quick service at Eurocycle BMW in Vegas. Too often the good service and treatment fails to be reported.

Boy isn't that the truth.
I sing the praises of my dealer to anyone who will listen.
Only down side is the distance which isn't their fault.

Same fellow who went over and above to get my F850GSA fixed up a couple years back. It developed a leak in the rad out in Death Valley and I managed to nurse it into Vegas to Eurocycle. While it took a couple days to get the new rad delivered from BMW, once it arrived he had the shop get it put in first thing in the morning to get me back on my trip. I was out the door almost before they officially opened for the day. All done under warranty and BMW paid for my hotel and expenses while I was stranded there.

The bridge in your second photo was engineered by an MOA member, Mark Ketchum, who also put together the IBMWR Marketplace. May he RIP.

Thank you for posting your report!
