GT vs. non-GT tires for 2006 1200rt

As stated above . If you ride solo and are a smaller person you will be fine . The GT gets some extra belting and plies to hold about 100 more pounds per wheel location . My little R1250RS came with GT road 6's for a 536 pound bike ( not needed ) when I wear out the OEM tires it will get regular or non GT model .
I'm 145 pounds and carry maybe 40 lb of gear for cross country travels
