Hey all- I see the 2024 Fontana Getaway is already up on the Calendar. Last year there was an event shortly thereafter called the Georgia Mountain Rally- Is there any word one way or the other about this event happening in 2024?

Beginning April 1st, and running through April 30th, there is a new 2024 BMW MOA Election discussion area within The Club section of the forum. Within this forum area is also a sticky post that provides the ground rules for participating in the Election forum area. Also, the candidates statements are provided. Georgia Mountain Rally for 2024?

The GMR is usually the first weekend in May and most of the time one has several opportunities to test their rain gear. [Hint - close vents before rain arrives as the best rain gear works poorly with vents open.]
Personally I like the new location at the Hiawassee fairground better than the previous location (Bald Mountain campground).
