Garmin Zumo 660 paired to SENA SMH5 Bluetooth

IBA# 5819
Anyone have experience with this? Pro or con? Is the volume loud enough to hear wearing earplugs? Any issues with the phone pairing.....hearing and speaking? Does the phone override GPS instructions or the MP3 player?
I had problems pairing my 660 to a remote speaker in the past and I want to make sure this set-up will work satisfactorily.

Thanks

Joe

I have had the 5 for a little over a year. Have not paired with any gps butpaired it with cell iphone and with ipod. Works great with both. Also have used it for rider to passenger with my wife and rider to rider with friends. Range seems about the same as the Scala i had before but the audio is much more clear. There has been no priblem using with ear plugs. I have learned that i don t like pairing the phone since the bike seems to be the only place i can get away from the damn thing. Use the ipod much more often.

My Garmin 660 and Sena 5 work very well together, when they sync, which is not always. I haven't used it much with the phone for music, but when I did, they worked fine together. Sena 5 is louder and a clearer sound than my Scala headset, although does not pair consistently and easily with the 660.
