Another nav VI problem

Just got my replacement nav VI downloaded the updates etc. Paired to bike, sena phone just the same process as my previous one, everything works except I cannot get the music (pandora) to play in the headset. As soon as the phone connects the music stops playing from the phone and nothing is coming out of the headset. I checked the Audio tuner and there are 3 bars (navigation, phone, media) these are lit in a blue color and can be adjusted until the phone connects, then the phone bar changes color and cannot be adjusted. Any ideas? Sorry for asking about a subject that everyone is tired of reading about. Thanks for any ideas.

Go into Settings—>Bluetooth—>Phone and see if Media is check marked for the phone. And you may need to crank up the volume on the phone, depending upon make/model.

Best,
DeVern

I called Garmin, I needed to go into the apps then click on media there are four icons on the left side of the screen I needed to click on the top one and change the setting from MP3 to iPhone. Works fine after that.

Just went through this myself. After a couple redo’s I figured it out.
