I just wanted to post this here and let people know about the oldest BMW rally in the US. It's always a good time and the riding in the area is pretty awesome. Come on out and play with us in the woods. There are plenty of trails right at the rally site. I"ll be leading a get your bike dirty ride Saturday morning if anyone is interested. There is also the opportunity to take a discounted off road class. This is a great deal if you are looking for some training.

Alain Kaldewaay is a native Netherlander, a certified off-road riding coach, and owner of Xplor-Int Adventure Motororcycle and Dirt Bike Training School, the official MSF off-road training academy in America. http://www.xplor-int.com/Pages/default.aspx
He is generously donating his services to our rally by offering a full-day off-road beginner and intermediate skill development training course covering some of the ADV riding basics in the morning and a short ride-out in the afternoon for a minimal fee of $35.00 to cover MSF required insurance only. This is a real bargain! Introductory classes at their academy start at $250.
