Love my 2009 R1200RT, it runs like a dream, took a water boxer for a ride early on, but I felt the wind protection is better on my 2009 with a Cee Bailey Sport shield. With a Dobec EFI unit and Remus full system I feel my engine response is close to the Water Boxer, I do love the quick shifter on the Water Boxer though. I also like the RT with the 28L top case and no side bags for general riding. The NineT looks cool, I would like to get a test ride on one one day. :dance
