I just wanted to post that I had a great experience today at A&S BMW. I went in, wondering if they could help me find a copy of the instructions for my BMW NAV II that came on my used bike. After looking in the back & searching on line for it to no avail, the counter guy asked someone who said he could see if he could help. He went upstairs & found a box with a NAV II unit in it that had been returned as a defective unit. He gave me all of the paperwork inside the box, free of charge! I thought that was excellent customer service!
