When we used to shop in Spokane for large purchases we could buy a $5 tax exemption card that let Spokane merchants honor the fact the we in MT don't have sales taxes and they wouldn't charge us. I bought stereo equipment, motorcycle stuff and even a truck from the Spokane area.
Then the rules were changed and we no longer needed to spend $5 to save money, we could just show our MT driver's licenses as proof of MT residency.
So, if, while we're at the rally, we want to purchase a Corbin seat, Motolights, that expense flip-up helmet, etc, is that going to cost us including sales tax?
