Wiring a Nav V cradle to a '03 Dakar

I'm trying to install a BMW Nav V cradle to my 2003 Dakar. Is there a plug in the original wiring harness that will work with the cradle? If not, is there a BMW or aftermarket wiring kit that will install on the bike and allow the GPS unit to be installed. I would like for the unit to turn off with the key but I could live with it directly to the battery. Anyone have any tips? Thanks!

If the bike has the small parking light you can use it to trigger on of the available power relays. It's a nice neat way to go. Happy to supply more info as you need.

Do you just splice into the wire to the light?
