Water Spots on Dash

Good Morning!
Prepping my bike to install the BMW glass protector on my TFT Dash on my 21 R1250GSAand I've hit a bit of a wall.
Central Oregon has some pretty hard water out where I'm at and I've got some pesky hard water spots that I can't seem to get rid of.
The photo below is after using a 50/50 water and vinegar solution and a microfiber cloth.
For fear of damaging the screen permanently with chemicals I haven't tried any commercial or residential products due to not knowing how they'll interact with the material.
Any advice is appreciated in advance!

I don’t think you’ll get away from spotting so long as you’re using hard water. Prior to installing mine I used warm soft water and car washing detergent followed by a warm soft water rinse and a wipe down with microfiber towel. That cleared up any water spotting on the screen and it was ready for installation.

Perhaps a cleaner specifically prescribed for LCD monitors & TV screens (and CDs).
