Nice to have someone share video on sidecar operation, but a better demo would be to fly the car at walking speeds, since it's a matter of steering--not speed. It's not like doing a wheelie on a bike. A quick countersteer will lift the car, and a skilled sidecarist should be able to balance it at 2 mph, or even come to a stop with the car flying.

IMHO flying the car isn't an "advanced" technique, but something every sidecarist should be able to do. And when novices are learning to fly, it's best if they are coached to keep speed down.

...and to slowly lower the wheel instead of dropping it.
That's the one I just about have down pat... Coming to a stop and slowly lowering it.

'Flying-the-chair' when done properly is a skill..IMHO..similar to being familiar to the stall characteristics of an aircraft...
