Stripped a T40 Bolt on my GSA - how screwed am I?

Weld on a nut

I have , if no other method works, welded a nut on what remains of the bolt and turn it off. Buildup a spike ,slip on the nut and weld it solid. Take your time and don't generate too much heat..

Unable isn't a word when you're wrenching. Drive a T40 into that bolt with a hammer, it'll go. Replace with a new bolt when you're done.

Came here to type this. I've done it and it works.

Either that or clamp some giant vice grips on the outside of the bolt and try to turn it out.
