SF-AK June 23 ride buddy

Bucket list ride to Alaska from S.F. leaving June 23, My buddy was gonna chase me in his car and just cancelled. The wife who hates motorcycles said I couldn't go alone. I'm on a 08 RT and ride like a little old lady. Any of you little old lady's out there don't take offense you ride this with me ..you are a stud! I'm 61 and have ridden all my life, but nothing like this. I'm privately terrified. I'm boringly normal for living in S.F. reliable clean sober (mostly) and financially solid. I'm a 300 mi. a day guy and will try to take time to smell the roses on the way I was going to camp minimally, trying to make the Billings rally on the return trip if all go's well.
