If you haven't checked your Sena 50's firmware lately, you may wish to check the version you're running. The latest firmware is version 1.2 (for the 50-R1) or Version 2.1 (for the 50-R2) . Mine wasn't updating via the wireless dongle, but updated without problem on my desktop PC's Sena Device Manager software.
