Rear brake pads.

DO NOT INSTALL SINTERED METAL BRAKE PADS.
I ran sintered bronze pad when I had my Goldwing, better braking, longer lasting, with only slight rotor wear.
When it came time for new rear pads on my GTL I went with EBC sintered metal pads. Big mistake.:banghead
They only lasted about 5k. miles and wiped out the rotor in the process.
Talked to my dealer about it, why would they work good on a Goldwing and not on a GTL.
It turns out that BMW runs a lot higher pressure then a wing.
New rotor, mount bolts, and pads, about $550. Expensive lesson.
