I ordered a battery from Stored Energy Products 4 weeks ago, it's paid for but I still don't have a battery. Anyone else had problems with this vendor? They won't respond to my inquiries.

I've bought 3 batteries from them this year without any issues.
How are you inquiring?
Have you spoken to them on the phone? Like in person?
This seems odd.

I called numerous times (got voice mail), emailed about 6 times, online chat 4 times. Yesterday I sent them a nastigram and finally got a response. "Our bad, sorry for the inconvience, it'll be there in 4 days." So it is now on the way, we'll see.

New Era. . .???

Not to paint with too broad a brush, but a "delay" in our orders for anything, motorcycle parts or not, may become more common.

I've been waiting for over two months for U.S. customs to clear a set of Siebenrock cylinders and pistons -- a sign of the times. Moreover, businesses large and small are struggling in this economy (not exactly fresh news), and if THEY don't pay their suppliers in a timely way, (not suggesting that this is the case here), YOUR order can be delayed. . .or. . .may not arrive at all.

Be alert. Lerts live longer.
