I'm posting this from another vintage forum:

I am sharing a sad message sent by Ron Baker of Saginaw, Texas:

So very sad to report the passing of Perry Bushong (Perry's Motorcycles and Sidecars, Fort Worth, Texas). He was a world renowned master mechanic and rebuilder of many vintage motorcycles. Always enthusiastic, helpful, and willing to share his time and knowledge. A real mensch. Those of us who were privileged enough to know him will remember him forever.

For those that wish to honor Perry and have a good ride too, a memorial parade and service will depart from his shop at
816 South Sylvania Avenue Fort Worth, Texas 76111 https://www.mapquest.com/us/tx/fort-worth/76111-1132/816-s-sylvania-ave-32.758004,-97.309048

Saturday April 1 (he woulda liked that) Depart shop at 1pm Service at Fort Worth Botanical Gardens Theater
3220 Botanical Gardens Drive https://www.mapquest.com/us/tx/fort-worth/76107-3420/3220-botanic-garden-blvd-32.740459,-97.362855
