NAV VI Erase all user data?

I received a replacement Nav VI because of the issues with ghosting, spinning, and jumping screens.
I just updated the new unit, and when it starts up, I get a screen that says, "Erase all user data?" YES, NO buttons.
The buttons don't do anything. Since this happens at start up I can't perform the reset operation either.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I got mine today as well, and it did not prompt/have that problem.

Pull the battery and let it do a full reset (if you haven't already), see if that fixes it. If not, hook it up to your computer and let Garmin Express update it.
