This is not intended as Harley bashing. The first story comes on the heals of a negotiation that we have been following as HD and the 2007 Rally area worked to keep expansion. The second article popped up in EVERY manufacturerÔÇÖs search that I ran for todayÔÇÖs content.
JSOnline.com: UWM receives $2 million to jump-start foundation for entrepreneurial investments.
Recently H-D received $4+ million from the state to remain and expand a plant in WI. Now this donation to the state to investigate things that will help H-D in the long run and they probably get a tax break for it too boot. Not a bad dayÔÇÖs work.

Undersquare: The design when the diameter of the piston is less than the length of piston travel. Useful for high torque at low rpm.
