Jet sets

I only have a Clymer book which leaves me with a couple questions about carb jets. Their table doesn't quite make clear if I'm looking at the right year/model carb settings but it looks like, for my 92 R00RT, the factory jet settings should be:
(Bing 64/3... carbs)
main 135
needle 2.66
needle jet no. 46-251
position 3rd from top
idle jet 45
mixture screw 1/2 turn out

A. Is that right?
B. Should I change that if I'm mostly at 5000 feet?

Thanks jet setters
