Hex EZcan as Acc controller

DEEBEE060

I have a 1250 GSA, 2 heated jackets and now I want to add on a multi USB charger. Too many wires direct to battery so looking at adding an aux fuse block under the rear seat.Ideally I want the fuse block to switch off with the ignition (for obvious reasons). Have a spare circuit on the hex-Ezcan and was thinking of using this to control either a relay or Acc controlled fuse block like the one listed at the end. Has anyone done this already, if so how. Any advice appreciated.

I added two USB chargers to the dash where the factory outlet is by taking out the outlet and moving it under the seat, on my right, a bit behind me. It's wired directly to the battery. I used a Touratech kit that was $30

To replace of the outlet on the dash, which now lives under my right thigh, I sourced a two USB outlet plug on Amazon for $29. I can run a couple cables into my tank bag, where it can charge whatever gizmo is thirsty. It has a nice seal around them that doesn't seem to leak after 100 miles of rain last week.

https://www.amazon.com/Motorcycle-Charger-Adapter-Compatible-Fitment/dp/B09N3NGWM4 for the dashboard outlets. It snaps right into the harness, no mods required. It even has a little wrench to help you get it nice and secure.

I hope that gives you some ideas for USB outlets.

On my RT, I just used a cheap analog relay from the local auto parts store to power my fuse block. I tied it to one of the factory power outlets so it triggered on after the bike starts and turns off afterwards.

A couple ideas. Good luck!
