HI everyone. I have had Denali products installed on my new K1600GT but the dealer did not know how to program them. I am in the DC area. Does anyone know a technician in the DMV area who is skilled at programming? Thanks.

What product do you have? It should be just like a hex excan and you plug a laptop into the usb port on it download the software from denali to program it.

I installed a Denali Hexane on my 2014 R1200RT a few years ago and from what I remember it was pretty straight forward to program. Simply connect the unit with usb cable to a PC(not sure if they are Mac compatible now) and everything went very easy after that. I know it depends on personal experience etc but I am not very good with computers etc and it went well. The very hard part is installing the unit and doing the wiring, with that part done it's really about plugging in to computer and clicking a few boxes. Good luck whichever route you choose!!
