Colorado 3-day ride

I just spent 3 days touring Colorado with my wife, 700 miles. Perfect weather and lots of passes, spectacular scenery.
1. Grand Junction
2. Gateway - lunch at Gateway Canyons, Paradox Grill
3. Ouray
4. Red Mountain Pass
5. Durango - overnight
6. Wolf Creek Pass
6. Salida - overnight
7. Buena Vista
8. Cottonwood Pass
9. Crested Butte
10. Kebler Pass
11. Grand Mesa

About the only non-scenic portion was between Del Norte and Salida. We had a lot of good food. Just outside Durango, Brenda's Old West Cafe is a great choice for a well-made American breakfast in Bayfield.
Note: From mid-June to the end of September, Powderhorn on the Grand Mesa is open for mountain biking Thurs-Sun, and they also have a taco truck and beer/cocktails at their umbrella bar. Music on Sundays. At 8200' a great way to beat the heat.
