BMW MOA "National" Rally

To the best of my recollection it has been called the BMW MOA International Rally for some several years including 2019 in Lebanon.

So why is the 2021 rally called the BMW MOA National Rally on the new rally website?

2018 was a National Rally.
My patches show National and International.
On my 20 and 40 year anniversary patches they did not show National or International.
