Video shows blade after falling off of wind turbine in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Cranberries declare, “We thought we were doing good escaping Thanksgiving”.

OM

Well, I guess if an engine can fall off the wing of an airplane a blade can fall off a wind generator.

MEDFORD, Mass. —
Hundreds of gallons of home heating oil were pumped into the basement of the wrong Massachusetts home on Monday, triggering a hazardous material response because the property doesn't have an oil tank.

According to the Medford Fire Department, the 385 gallons of oil were pumped into the home at 48 Linwood Street. It should have been delivered to a home at 48 Linwood Street in Malden instead.

In a bit of a PSA-
if you have switched from oil heat to another form of heat such as gas or electric you may have had your oil tank removed. The FIRST THING before an oil heating tank is removed is marking the outside tank fill- DO NOT FILL.
The fill usually looks like this-

Once the tank removal has been completed, the piping needs to be removed from the side of the house. This will prevent a mess like featured above. Heating oil smells will last almost forever.
In this case, nobody was BEING CAREFUL OUT THERE!

And much finger-pointing ensued.

Many long times ago I had a book of "Dirty Tricks" and that was one of them. Another was to order a "pornographic" mag subscription and have the address used as going to the neighbor of a person you didn't like, back when everything wasn't tracked online and payments were made by money orders!

She had been arrested more than 100 times before being accused of hitting and killing a man who was walking his dog in Hope Valley over the weekend.Shannon Godbout, 41, of Hopkinton (Rhode Island)is in police custody at the hospital and due Tuesday in court, a place she is all too familiar with.

There's a reason she's been arrested 100 times before, leo's doing their job. There's a reason she's not doing time before this latest crime, the courts aren't doing their job.

We all see in the news that the liberal judges like to play, "in this door and out that one" with no cuffs and shackles applied and being led straight to jail/prison. We need more judges like Isaac C. Parker, Fort Smith, Arkansas

We all see in the news that the liberal judges like to play,....
That's a pretty bold statement for the limited information provided in the video about her past convictions, IMO. I hear the same amount of BS from both liberals and conservatives, so blaming only one side does not paint the whole picture. That being said, no implemented system/rules/regulations/laws/statues/etc. will ever be perfect. As such, there will always be someone who gets hosed and others that seem to be Teflon coated.

Might be bold, but it's generally accurate. It's a liberal mentality, whether thats from the right or left, that lets criminals go time and time again to prey once more on the innocent.

Doesn't have to be perfect, simply just for citizens in this country. Letting turds out time and time again is NOT a just act. Anyone who would argue differently is, well, I'll bite my tongue

Speaking of which: I just read about three capital punishment cases, where execution just happened or will happen soon. They were 35, 36, and 38 years after the conviction and sentences. If appeals take 30 and a half plus years the system is broken totally. Whether I am for or opposed to capital punishment is irrelevant. Three decades plus of two sets of attorneys each playing games with the courts at taxpayer expense is an affront to justice, not part of it. And this is not a liberal or conservative issue. It is a justice issue. Ask any wife or husband or child of the murdered what it is.

That's an opinion and you're entitled to your opinions, and you can state them as often and as loud as you want. I just don't like it when opinions are presented as facts.

Without trying to derail this thread,----yes, the system is broken. While numbers are not readily available on this, some people on death row have been found not guilty/innocent of the crime(s) they were found guilty and sentenced to death for. Some site state that since 1973 ±200 people on death row were exonerated for the crimes that placed them there. Granted many of those individuals probably are not nice people, but were supposed to be innocent to proven guilty and that applies to shady individuals as well. And, IMO, one innocent person sentenced to death is one too many.

Well, all one has to do is look at the court records, they're historically correct. It's not an opinion, it's fact. Do your ow n research, you'll find liberal thinking judges, whether left or right leaners are releasing criminals left and right. As we see demonstrated in this case of over 100 arrests and not in jail
