Any thoughts on value?

I have a friend who's husband passed away and now she's looking to sell all of his collection. The one bike that interested me is the K hack. Anyone have any thoughts of value? It's pretty clean but it's been parked for awhile so there will definitely be a bit of maintenance to get back on the road. Sorry I don't have any better pics.

If there's anyone with very deep pockets that wants a Vincent collection of 9 bikes and many parts PM me for more info.

Condolences to the passing of her husband. Dealing with things left behind is never easy for those we leave behind. Regarding the hack you asked about, an ‘80’s K100RT with a Watsonian sidecar, in perfect condition with everything functioning, suspension and alignment dialed in, maybe $8,000. If it’s been sitting and in an unknown condition, maybe $5,000 to $6,000. There are probably other folks with different opinions or better estimates from other hack drivers.

The vintage Midget race car in the background looks more interesting (and valuable).:clap

Skibum,

You might get more, and more accurate, estimates in the sidecar section of this forum. I can move this thread over there or you can start a new thread over there.
