'23 Suzuki DL800DE Adv "Suzy"
A beautiful Sunday to ride. I left home at 0900, the temp was 50F, Breakfast in Rapid City with the usual suspects of the Black Hills BMW Riders group, then four of us took off to circumnavigate the Black Hills. It was 60°F when we left breakfast and was still above 50 when we crossed our highest point, Oneil Pass - 6700'.

Right at 200 miles, all Suzy's accessories are/were operational except the Auxiliary lights; the mount didn't arrive as advertised. The bike maintained 13.9-14.0 Volts with the Grip Heaters on high and the new WarmnSafe Heated Shirt (40 watts) on high. GPS and Radar Detector wiring tested satisfactory, no smoke, and no blown fuses. The generator only produces 375 watts. The true test will be once the lights are connected (66 additional watts at 100%, 13 watts at 20% ). If that is still in the acceptable voltage range, then I'll try the 90 watt Jacket liner.
Scott and I are headed to Pterodactyls tomorrow for a few days of talking motorcycles, changing springs, and sealing some wheels for Tubeless operation.
