Recently has the Wunderlich bar conversion and moto-mate gps reloaction mounted on the motor..
Bars are going to alleviate the issues I had with the oem on long days in the saddle being my wrists and shoulders aching [ just from the 50 mile ride back from the mechanic ]. The moto mate gps holder is far and away much better for viewing without having to take ones eyes off the road to look down as it now sits just above the dash.
The Hornig mirror extenders work great with the taller W bar. As an fyi, with the extenders, the clutch and brake lever doesn't come close to touching the mirror stems but I can see without them, at full lock they likely would be close to or touching the stems
Had the MaMo engine guards installed. Far superior to the touratech guards that were on it when I bought it IMO. I gently touched the left head down in the garage and one of the tac welds popped. These wouldn't last 2 seconds in a slide, useless. The MaMo protectors are well known to protect the valve covers in a slide.
New Dunlop RS4's, oil change and we're off and running for another 6K miles. Next up, perhaps some lowered foot pegs. Still deciding which brand/model I want to pull the trigger on without having to give an arm or leg for them.
The new bars will take a bit of time to get the new proprioception necessary for doing slow speed cone work.
