2016 r1200rs replacement fob key, not the fob

I'd like a non smart second key that I can use instead of the fob key to unlock the seats. Is bmw the only game in town? It doesn't have to connect to the bike in any way electronically.

Another question, my nav6 mount has one key, I'd like another spare of that also.

Suggestions? I've called 4 locksmiths this morning and struck out with all of them.

When I brought my 22R1250RT I included a key plus an extra fob. I didn't like the idea of not having the extra fob. The key I got is very handy, I use it all the time to remove bags while parked in my shop and take the seat off. I paid $35 for the key cut by BMW. You can buy blank keys cheap from China and you should be able to fine a local locksmith like Paul found to cut the key. Nothing special about the cut, most new vehicles are same. If you go to BMW I needed to have the bike titled in my name before the dealer could order the key and fob. You will need to prove ownership going to the dealer.

Non-chipped key blanks are available on Amazon for cheap. The second locksmith I called locally was able to match the OEM, internal cut, key.

BMW does sell non chipped keys for just this purpose. They about $35. I looked into purchasing a blank, then getting it cut. After searching online on Amazon and Ebay, I didn't like the quality of the blanks. Most were three part keys that allowed a chip to be installed, and I thought that they would not hold up as well when opening the locks when they get tough to turn. As such, I just decided to just order a key from BMW. Also, didn't think I'd save that much money purchasing a blank, then finding someone to cut the key. Others may have better luck. Granted, I have dealer close by.

On a side note, I would think that you should be able to remove the key cylinder and rekey the Nav6 holder. However, a quick Google search did not come up with a video.
