1986 R80RT odd question #7

In moving from the 1978 R100/7 to the 1986 R80RT (minus the fairing) I found the '86 just seems "smaller". I thought the 18 inch front wheel vs the 19-incher on the /7 might have something to do with it. Now I realize it's the footpegs. They're too high. The PO must have had a 26 inch inseam. So I got out the allen wrench. Cripes! I can't move it! Are there secret commands in German I need to know, or should I just lay in a supply of penetrating oil?

If you are referring to the left side foot peg, it may have some locktite on the threads and need a bit of either heat or serious persuasion.
