Where is it? My '07 had it taped to the left side of the steering head. Please tell my it isn't under the tank somewhere. On the bright side, there is enough room under the toolkit tray to mount a canbus helper and tap into the outlet wire for the trigger wire.

It is way up front just below and behind the oil cooler.
