Welcome to the forum! Likely outside my league on this, but by red fuse are you talking about the larger on in the bottom center? What if you were to remove it and reinsert...maybe just help clean the terminals. Do you have the fuse puller that comes with things to pull these types of fuses?

Yes that will be the one I'm talking about I got fired to every other fuse in the Box except for that one I also noticed the bolt on my kickstand has broke but I don't think that's what made the gauges go out

The kickstand has a switch just behind it, and if it's mis-aligned (as with a broken main bolt) or damaged, the bike dies. (It's a "safety feature" so people don't ride off with the stand down.) Get down there and look again...
Picture from the MAX website; the upper switch is the "old" style, and the lower switch + wiring harness is its updated replacement.

I looked at it again today 2 3 and 4 is missing but if I forget to put the kickstand up and put it in gear it would cut it off but the fuel gauge and the oil temperature gauge would still stay on

The standard 1100RT is set so the RID is off if the side stand is down. It's wired into the kill switch. The standard 1150RT is designed just as you described it, You can start with the stand down as long as you are in neutral.

It may be the kill switch or the wiring to it. You are right, putting the side stand down will stop the engine but the RID will still be on. The kill switch will turn off the engine and the RID. There are known problems with wires in the harness up at the steering head being zip tied too tightly at the factory. Over time, they stress and break.

Thanks for the info but if a wire is broke would the r i d work at all because I still get light the gear selector light works if I turn off the kill switch it will kill the light in the r i d but I still have no fuel hands when I turn the key on

A wire, in its insulation, might be broken. But as the wire bundle flexes the ends of the broken strands may make and break contact. So it is not necessarily an all or nothing situation. Removing any zip ties close to the steering head and manually flexing the bundle might disclose whether the RID is going on and off. Otherwise, attempting to clean the kill-switch by spraying electrical system cleaner and switching the switch on and off multiple times might work.

Man I definitely appreciate the information I went out this afternoon cut a few zip ties moved a few wires and was like you probably need to have the fuel tank hooked up in order to see if your gauge will work and when I put the tank back on and hooked it up I definitely got my fuel gauge back on now I just got to figure out what wire it is thanks again 100
