    R1150 Wheel Paint Color Solved

    Alright so I've been around all over trying to find a match for the wheel paint on my 05 1150R. I also have an 06 K1200R, the wheels look the same color and I've had no luck finding a reliable answer.     what is the finish on the wheels made of? While attempting to clean the wheel weight tape off my wheel this was the end result. I was using goof off and a soft rag. No tool or sharp instrument was used. The more I scrubbed thinking it was a thin layer of adhesive, the worse it got. Would love ideas.
