Is there a clearer and easier to view step-by-step of the removal of Tupperware so I can route wiring for my handlebar mounted camer?

I am about to remove the body panels from my 2014 R1200RT in order to install my new Clearwater Darla lights. I have read on other forums that some people have snapped off tabs while trying to remove the RT body panels. Does anyone have tips on how to remove the bodywork without causing damage...
