    Repair Ding in Headlamp Cover?

    I have a small ding on the glass headlamp cover of my 2004 R1150RT. Permatex, Loctite and others sell repair kits for auto glass that supposedly strengthens and glass and makes the ding invisible. Has anyone tried these products on a headlamp cover? Thanks for any advice!
