49l top case

I asked previously for some help with pictures or video for side case repair for my 2011 R1200RT and it was exactly what I needed. I was able to fix the side case and reassemble thanks to the information provided. Now I'm looking for videos or step by step guides for taking apart the 49L top...

I'm thinking of buying a used top case for my 2015 RT and I'd have to recode the lock cylinder. I've done that before on the old style case but don't know how to get the cylinder out of the new style case. Has anyone done it?
