    BMW Customer Service = TERRIBLE

    I have an '06 K1200R. One of the H7 headlamp bulbs burned out. While changing it, the little wire spring-clip that holds the bulb in place, was dropped and lost down a drain hole.     OLYMPIA Moto Sports - anyone have a BAD experience??
