    hi all.. just changed oil and filter on a '99 RT 1100.. i hand tightened the oil filter and then attached oil filter wrench and gave it a couple of turns, did not crank on it.. since i don't have a torque wrench i did it by feel.. took for ride, no leaks .. seems to be ok.. just wondering what...
