California Emissions, BMW's?

Are ALL BMW cycles (say post-2010,) to USA built with same emission standards?
Or, are there "49" States models, AND....California emission models?

I can NOT find the answer anywhere, yet, so looking for help! *I have always been under the impression that any bikes "New" in CAL had different emission standards; ie., heavier and bulkier, poorer performance.

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated! I am looking to purchase a 2012 -'14 R1200GS.

Is this with 100% certainty?
If so, then one need not avoid BMW's that originate in CAL., that entirely changes my 'shopping' criteria.

Well, if you are questioning my accuracy you are in good company. Even my three year old grand daughter is challenging my veracity these days. She calls me Pop, yet she does not believe me when I tell her I invented pop corn, popsicles, pop guns, pop tarts and wrote Pop Goes The Weasel; all on a Tuesday.

So, how much do I owe each of you for the incredible wisdom dispensed today?
Is the fee to be split equally, or is it 70/20/10%, with the 70% going to akbeemer?$!
